I received a survey on March 9 asking that I rate my purchase, but this was way too soon since I had not yet received it nor did I even have a shipping notification. I did respond to the survey by asking what happened to my order and I did receive a response the next day saying that my items were back ordered. I wish BFS could have told me this sooner and they should not send out a survey until the customer has received their order.
