The shipping company you used, Fed EX, said they dropped the package at BUSINESS address when it was closed and it wasn't anywhere to be found upon opening up on a Monday morning. After a week of trying to get to the bottom of this with no satisfaction I had to call and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Worst customer service I have ever run into. This was not my first purchase with your company but it will be the last!
