I ordered a Wifi Link for my Rain Bird sprinkler system. Big Frog had a better price than Amazon but I had not worked with them before. I took a chance and ordered on line using my credit card. Immediately I got a response that my order had been received and was being processed. Next a few emails told me my order was shipped along with tracking information. Within 2 days of my order, the Wifi link was received. I stalled it quickly with the directions and soon was able to control my sprinkler system from my iPhone anywhere I want. Big Frog has proved that they are responsive and responsible.
