I built a "mount" for our patio umbrella; one that we could remove the umbrella easily. I got the appropriately sized PVC pipe but needed something to keep it from spinning in a breeze. Le voila! This works great. Heavy duty rubber and fits both the pipe and the umbrella perfectly. The price was great and the shipping was fast. I have bookmarked these folks for future purchases.
