Absolutely shocking. Bought a car in January. Paid for the full Big Assist Warranty. Drove it next day and found four electrical faults. Tried calling - no one picks up. Stayed in a queue for hours and then voice said there are no agents available and phone went dead. Went in in person next week and was given a date two months hence for a diagnostic appointment - miles away in Kent. I waited 2 months, took a day off work and drove all the way there. Had to wait two hours to be told there was an electrical fault. Was then emailed next day to say they had an expert coming in the following week to fix the car -what was my availability? I quickly sent them some times I could come - never heard from them again. Sent four reminder emails, nothing. Called, no one picked up. Still driving my car with faults. Shocking.
