Worst After Sale experience You can imagine: AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN. If you bought a car without any problems with it. Their sales team and service is good. But if you have issues with your car and you report it back to them as per their warranty for the sold cars. That's when problem starts. 5/1/2024 Bought a BMW 7 Series 6/1/2024 Reported few issues but two of them were main problems (Navigation won't work) and (Front Grills shutters were stuck open in freezing cold) 25/04/2024 --- Nothing has been repaired as yet They try to avoid paying for the repairs and delay it so much that customers end up paying themselves for the repairs. BMW Sytner Chigwell provide a quote for £2600 for the repairs. They refuse to pay and now trying to find a cheaper garage in the area to avoid the costs. I WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO MAKE MONEY CLAIM AGAINST THEM FOR - CAR REPAIRS - DAMAGES FOR WASTING MY TIME - COURT AND OTHER LEGAL FEES
