they are scammers. I bought a car insurance policy. If the car broke down, it was supposed to be repaired for free, but the car broke down. the app didn't work so I called them. The lady who talked to me accepted my application and told me to find a service center that would calculate the cost of repairing the car. I informed them that the car could not be driven, not only did I have to look for a service center, but I also had to repair the car in a garage, for which I had to pay myself, not to mention that I had to wait 2 weeks for an answer.
