Had to make a formal complaint about Sales manager, Zac, at the Wimbledon branch [He refused to give me his surname and said it was due to data protection so only know him as Zac]. His conduct was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful, and it has left me extremely dissatisfied with my experience
I called Big Motoring World Wimbledon to address an error in my car order made the previous day. To my dismay, Zac's attitude was dismissive and rude . When I explained that I had an exam and didn't anticipate having to deal with such issues, he questioned why I had come in at all the day before my exam, rather than acknowledging the inconvenience caused by Big Motoring World's mistake.
Zac repeatedly stated that he was tired and asked what I wanted to do as if I were inconveniencing him. His manner was condescending and unhelpful, which only exacerbated the situation. While he did offer a cursory apology for the initial error, his subsequent behavior remained rude and unprofessional and repeatedly stating he deals with over 700 sales as if this was an excuse.
The final straw came when Zac's attitude was so unbearable that I expressed my willingness to forfeit my £500 deposit just to avoid dealing with him any further. This is completely unacceptable customer service and reflects poorly on Big Motoring World as a whole.
When I asked for the complaints information he said it's in your emails and walk off. I had to repeatedly ask before he gave it to me. When I asked for the manager he said the manger is not in today. I asked for the managers name, he said Google it. I asked a girl from the finance team to get a manager.
I am deeply disappointed with the way I was treated by Zac
