I’ve written a review recently which big motoring world responded to but im i’m un able to find it. Agree with all the comments here apart from the bitcoins type ones! horrendous and terrible company. I’ve decided to give the vehicle back after it broke down less than 2 weeks of me owning it. It has a list as long as your arm of faults that keeping it would a bad decision. I was told to take it to my local garage as one of their centres was booked until the end of the year. I now need to take it to the same centre on Thursday as I want to return it. they will not provide a courtesy car because I don’t want to keep the vehicle. This vehicle compromised my safety as it broke down while i was on a motorway and I’ve been without a car for over a week- additionally, they don’t have “an endless supply of courtesy cars” to provide and have none available. Hardly surprising given that there vehicles are such a diabolical quality. If you see this review big motoring works. Charlotte M is dealing with my case. I urge everyone please do not buy from this company-I’m regretting ever buying from them. I found them through auto trader and will also contact them and the motoring ombudsman of this appalling company’s conduct.
