A three year warranty was sold to me, rather missold, as I have now realised that the company does not honor any claims on the warranty. I have been running from pillar to post for more than a few weeks now regarding a warranty claim on an instrument cluster and am being tossed around between Warranties 2000 and Big Motoring World... Get responses from the telecallers which range from "we are reviewing and will get back as soon as possible", "the claim is with management", "this is a large claim"... No timelines are given, no information is given on a courtesy vehicle. An today i was advised that the claim amount is too large so it has been sent back to Big motoring world.. Big motoring world states that they have not received anything from Warranties 2000... Those crooks are hand in glove and just tossing my claim around without informing me of any timelines and they do not have a documented process for handling claims and no timeline! Please do not use those companies.
