Good delivery times and easy ordering etc. but I had to return an item which, in my view was not fit for the purpose described. My original purchase was refunded promptly but I was still out of pocket for the return shipping and there has been no reply to my enquiry about this. I understand that if you somply decide you don't want something, that should be the case, but when the item turns out to be nearly useless it seems a bit unfair. I live in a remote area so I can't shop in person and inspect goods first. Lesson learned though - ibternet shopping has its drawbacks.
