Warning!! Biggerpockets will not provide a full refund for services that I cancelled less than 8 hours after they charged me for a renewal I did not want. I have tried multiple times via support and they continue to tell me to go pound dirt. Somehow they hide behind their wordy terms of use which states NOTHING about charging me 10% of my refund. For what? Why? What value did I receive? They said they sent one email 45 days before which I did NOT receive after looking multiple times into my email and junk folders. They are unwilling to refund the remaining $32.50. I have tried to get someone on the phone - they state in their voicemail that they have no live support. Only online. Consumers beware!!
