I live on the mainland, but very much enjoy Hawaiian agriculture products that can be transported. The Lehua honey product is my favorite of the Big Island Bee product line, although I've tried at least two of the other varieties. It usually ends up on my morning toast, but has helped me heal from sore throat in hot tea and mixes well on roasted vegetables with a dash of balsamic vinegar. I've also been to the facility and taken the tour. I get a great deal of pleasure interacting with the creators of agricultural products and actually being on site to view the process of farming. It's a one of a kind product from a one of a kind place. Aloha.
