Needed a regulator right away; talked to Steven at Big Johns. He was a great help...got what I needed, when I needed it. Have two Big john grills, use them all the time, and they have lasted for over 20 years. I do the food service at the Immaculate Conception Center Seminary in NYC, 7200 Douglaston Pkwy Little Neck, 11362, the grills are a great product!
