The items are always in good quality when they arrive and they arrive sharply. The customer support is also very helpful if you contact them directly and have helped me sort out issues with sizing whether too big, too small, too long or too short. Which is very good when your coming to these sites for clothing that is not stereotypically in stores. There are also generally offers every week or so which is quite good for those on a modest income (as I was as a student). As someone who is 7ft and built like a line backer you can generally get clothing to fit to those on the extremes, which not all 'Big' sites can, which is great; as walking around with 3/4 lengths can get tacky after a while.
