Absolutely awful service. I ordered mtb cleats plus a cleat adaptor and, since I work from home, waited for them to be delivered. The delivery day came and went and the parts ordered did not come. I contacted them and was told that the parts did arrive, a lie. I replied harshly that I was there the whole day and nobody rang a bell. They supplied a document as “proof” of delivery with a name (not mine) and signature (again not mine). Bunch of useless idiots , shop here at your own peril!
