I know that defective or faulty items can't be helped, I understand it happens, but it sucks that I would get a defective product twice! What does help is great customer service. Earl from bikeberry, thank you for your help, your patience, and professionalism. Hopefully, 3rd time is a charm. These CDIs, man, I hope these issues get resolved.
