I am very pleased with customer service while dealing with Bikeberry.I asked in an e-mail about changing the color of mag wheels after the sale was completed and received a responce,next day,that it would be looked into,and adjusted if possible.Freddie of customer service at BIKEBERRY gave me hope that this company does really care 'bout there customers,and that they are not just "numbers".Waiting delivery of new mag set,either way I know that my message got thru and my problem was being addressed.Thank-you Much,,James Merritt Loyalton Ca.
