Bought a Micargi 20 inch Hero bike from Bikeberry...prompt delivery but some product damage (bent forks) Earl took very good care of me and got me replacement forks in less than a week from my report of damage. Excellent customer service prompt, courteous and problem solved...going to buy from them if and when l need bikes or parts.
