I am excited about my 1956 Schwinn build. Unfortunately, my kit showed up with many parts inside the box scratched and cosmetically damaged. This was from a lack of packaging care. When I contacted Earl at BikeBerry, he initially only offered me a 10% credit, but that would mean that I would still have to pay more out of pocket to replace parts that arrived damaged, not to my fault. After a I asked again, he was able to offer replacing one of the parts: the chrome sprocket that is all scratched. Fortunately I have the ability to repair the other parts, but it is still unfortunate. If the replacement part arrives packed with care and without scratches I will happily jump back on here and add a better review or edit this one. Regardless, thanks Earl.
