I recently purchased a pair of Shimano MTB shoes from bikeparts, unfortunatley there was an error in the delivery address, it's not clear whether this was my mistake or an error in the purchasing system. However since I paid with PayPal which confirms my address I thought any error would have been corrected. Errors happen and I accept that but the uninterested response from Bikeparts in trying to resolve the issue was the reason for only giving them 2 stars.
