Was not happy with the chainlink supplied by Shimero which was virtually useless and did not fit. I had to purchase another suitable link.
Goods were as ordered but I think delivery should be improved. 4 work ing days excluding weekends not good enough. Suspect that you state that it has been despatched when it is in your facility awaiting pick up for a day.
