I ordered a press fit bottom bracket. As there's no real industry standard, I made a bit of an error and got the incorrect part. I tried emailing twice and got no response, so I called instead. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and I ordered the correct part instead. I then emailed once again regarding the return of the first bottom bracket. Again, no response, checked spam just in case. I'll return the original, and presumably get credited with the amount I paid. Maybe it's just cos folk are on holiday and this may well explain the lack of email response. It's a hectic time of year. These guys really do have an amazing stock of parts, and they don't mess about getting them out to you
