Ordered a part showing as in stock that was needed for an event in a week (so plenty of time). After 4-5 days realizing that it had yet to be posted, I contacted bikeparts and had a very prompt response to say that it was delayed as it was in an offsite warehouse but they would upgrade the delivery to 24hr. Which they did and I, therefore, got the part in time for my event.
