Good customer service. I recently ordered a bike rear hub component from bikeparts. I ended up being sent the wrong one. It turned out not to have been their fault at all but rather that of the main distributor, who had incorrectly labelled the part at source. I was able to show Bikeparts the correct picture of the part and they immediately set to rectify the anomaly with their distributor. Not only did they get me the correct part but they also gave me a discount for my troubles! I will be using them again.
