I ordered the inner tube online and I didn't get it eventually. The case is that I typed a wrong shipping address when I paid it, but I noticed it in the next second. So I sent an email to the sales team immediately and want to change the address. But the sales team replied me next day the parcel is dispatched and told me I can change the address once I get the email from the delivery company.
Another 2 days, I received the email from Amazon Shipping informed me the parcel will be deliveried by another local company, Royal mail. The shipping address still cannot be changed at that moment.
2 more days gone, I got the email from Royal Mail the parcel will be arrived next day. I changed the shipping address immediately and got the confirmation email the shipping address changed. However, the parcel has not been received eventually and lost in somewhere. Even I got the refund from the Bikeparts, but it means the system doesn't allow to update the information if somethings went wrong.
I think the main reason is Amazon Shipping they hire another delivery company to do the job and no one manage the whole shipping progess. The mistake happens in between the information delivery.
Next time, I will shop it directly in Amazon or other online shop not using Amazon Shipping.
