Horrible experience, avoid this company! Recently used bikesbooking.com to rent a motorcycle while traveling abroad and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First, their customer service was non-existent. I sent multiple emails with questions that were completely ignored. They don't even provide a phone number to call for support. When we arrived to pick up the motorcycle, we discovered the rental shop was closed with no notice given to us. We were left stranded without a vehicle for our planned route. To top it off, I'm still waiting on the refund for my payment I requested weeks ago. They haven't even acknowledged the refund request !!! I would never use this company again and advise everyone to stay far away. Unreliable service, zero communication, and they don't deliver what they promise. Spare yourself the huge hassle and book with a more reputable company.
