Well what can I say I ordered two items from this company via Amazon Marketplace did not receive these supposedly they were delivered by Royal Mail to my address they Royal Mail sent a image of my front door as proof of delivery to this company Bikespeed I'm sorry but sending an image or picture does not prove an item was posted or received by the resident however according to bikespeed it does, I am also flabbergasted by the attitude and lack of Understanding this outfit has I recommend anyone who intends doing business with these people think twice. My experience is pure frustration and disappointment for what £12-13 very poor customers service.
