I ordered a Cue Craft cue for my son's xmas present, knowing the xmas rush and delivery dates would be tight I responded to an email from Pete who invited customers to contact him personally regarding any queries. Pete was an absolute legend, replied same day and gave me all the info I required regarding the cue and it's delivery date and true to his word it arrived the day after he stated it would be sent, he was also very helpful in updating me on the availability of the cue case I required for the cue ordered, I have since placed an order for the case (18/12) and today (19/12) I have received confirmation that it has been dispatched using 24 hr delivery service to ensure arrival before xmas!! I owe a great deal of gratitude to Pete and ALL at Billiards Boutique, I will definitely recommend the site to everyone I know requiring quality pool/snooker equipment. Brilliant. Thanks Pete :-)
