I'm not sure if I'm reviewing the shop or the item so I'll do a bit of both. The Yamaha LL6 acoustic guitar falls exactly between the quality I wanted and what I could spend, a lovely instrument. The staff were very helpful online in a chat box. Then the delivery was free (because of the cost of the guitar) and same day. This really couldn't have been better. I'll definitely be a return customer.
