I'm sure the guys at billy hyde packed my items promptly. The courier company was terrible. Items were on board with driver for two days. I rang courier to see if I could get an eta, they said that they would get back to me and they didn't. Finally items were dropped off at my front door sometime in the evening while we were all home. They did not knock on the door. Items sat at my front door in full view of the street all night. Lucky items were not stolen. Seriously this courier company is the worst, have you seen their reviews online. I don't think I will be buying from Billy Hyde online again.
