I placed an order on December 10th and fully expected the shipment within Canada to arrive before Christmas. I was wrong! for the sake of a $16.00 item on B/O, the entire shipment was held without giving me any other option.
Secondly the original order stated that tracking information would be given when the item was shipped. It was not! The shipping notice even stated that there was no shipment tracking!
Considering that Amazon can ship items from the USA to me in Canada within 4 to 5 days. Binnacle could not seem to get my purchase to me within 10 days since it was shipped on Dec 14!
Not very good customer service in my opinion.
I am not likely to purchase anything from this vendor again!
