Delivery was on time and shipping info sent regularly to know when it was coming. The Promariner ProNautic 12 20P Charger I bought was a good price relatively, but it didn't come with a single cable to connect to a battery or a 120V wall outlet? WTF?!? I'll have to go back and see if this was as advertised, but right now I have a box and will have to buy all the wires to splice into the system including a power cord. So, instead of connecting the device and charging my batteries, I now have a science project on my hands to add to my endless list of boat projects... What a pain in the a$$!
