My dealings with Binnacle have been good, pricing, inventory, and interaction all good! So far, ten days later have not received my purchase! Cannot fault Binnacle, but maybe they should take a look at their freight carrier?! Can't complain too much as was free shipping, but would certainly like to receive my purchase! I do live in Canada in a fairly large community on Vancouver Island, not some backwater off the grid! Update, purchase received in good order, probably delayed with poor weather conditions somewhere across Canada. I was contacted by customer service from Binnacle, following up to make sure I was looked after! Great customer care, Thank You!
