I use this every night to track my sleep state. I suffer from sleep apnea and knowing how I am doing is important to my overall health. Am not aware of wearing it which is a huge plus.
Downsides:
Strap is a pain to use - getting it on AND off is a fight.
After recoding, the app asks questions before uploading the data from the band - it would be better to have it do that in parallel or following the upload.
