Received a bad unit, contacted support, they wanted me to wait 4+ days till the battery died and see if it resets. I was returning the whole thing, then they offered exchange, so I took it. Exchange took a few days, but the replacement is working fine. Don't know if I have a new unit or recertified, but seems to be working ok.
