Have had the Biostrap for a few weeks now and primarily use it for sleep readings. Love the measures, but have had inconsistent synching with my android phone. Actually can't tell when it synchs with the app. Would recommend two changes: A button or prompt to indicate or initiate synching and 2. A better band to keep firmly on wrist. The bands supplied are nice but don't provide the user with a satisfactory level of confidence to wear outside of the house. Sticking with them for now. Customer Service is VERY GOOD and listens to suggestions with encouraging feedback.
