I have used the Biostrap for two weeks. I find that the connection to the app ant the unit to be slow or even nonexistent. The shoe unit is an excellent idea but the execution of application is poor. Little or no recordings and spotty connection to the main unit. Samsung Health records steps, walks, and swim time better. Can't recommend
