I’ve always been skeptical of wrist band fitness trackers. Though I love my Biostrap. It’s infrared is much better than the industry standard LED. I feel that since I got mine I have been more in touch with my health. Obviously though you get out what you put in. So the more active you are the more you will get out of it. I also love the sleep tracking.
