My last delivery arrived with the plastic covering torn open. The delivery guy could not explain it and it looked like a few bails were missing. I contacted your customer services and they said they sometimes have to take some bails from the pallet to get the quantity right. My preference would be to pay for the extra few bails instead of delivering with the pallet ripped open. As a result I had to immediately unload the pallet and store it as it could not be left out in that condition. I did not expect to have to do that at short notice which was due to not getting any notification it was on the way.
