3 day trip to Germany via Eurostar. Posted our day 1 tests on the morning of departure. Didn’t receive an email by the day of our return so attempted to call on our way back to Calais. On hold for hours then finally they admitted our tests had been lost. Therefore, we were left stranded in France overnight so had to book hotel, new tests & train.
We were told to submit our expenses & it wouldn’t be a problem.
Now they are saying they won’t refund us because we don’t have the tracking numbers of the tests.
