First and Foremost the 5 star reviews you are seeing here are 100% fake, Biovea is a scam company, they chose the name Biovea because it sounds like a big company name and that was the impression I had when I submitted my order 3 months ago and I received 2 tracking numbers which are definitely trackable but you will never receive the order. Call Care center is not available for this company so don't bother calling, if you email them they will respond but guess what? its all format. Reason why they responded is so they could have a record of the email incase you report them as fraud and if you do report them as fraud company, the first question the anti fraud or police would ask you is; did you try to contact biova, if you say yes, they would then ask you if you receive any response from them? if you say yes, the case is solved, after that the best thing police or anti fraud would ask you is to keep on waiting but if you say No, the truth is biovea will actually respond to your email but you will never get your order or money back. I can't believe this type of Fraud Company still Exist in the world that we are. They made Fraud So Easy for themselves and the painful aspect is that they are Advertising through Google Ads.
