I ordered a product on June 14th, 2020. The product was stuck at customs in Ireland. I followed up with the customer service through June, July, August, Sept 2000. Now it is Feb 2021, I haven't recd the product, I was informed by Customs that the product has been confiscated by Customs because it has alcohol and the company should not have shipped it. So, no product with me, the customer service is absolutely unhelpful and just told me to wait around, and my money has gone. No refund.
I am seeking legal advise for my rights.
