I am a regular online buyer and I’ve never had a situation like that.
Ordered on the 22nd of February, estimated delivery date 5th of March
It’s the 16th, has not arrived and no tracking information has been provided.
I sent several emails and I get the same answer, “ Your package is in-transit now”
I’ve requested a refund and the same answer again “ Your package is in-transit now”
No phone number to call no means to get decent feedback
This looks like a scam or fraud!!!
They lied about the delivery date, they take the money from your account or credit card and then that don’t care.
DON’T buy with them and avoid been tricked
Thieves!
