I have been a customer for over 5 years and generally I am happy with the quality of the products. However, customer service is extremely slow and not personalised at all. What topped it up and now made me to not order again was a recent request to cancel an automated order. They charged me for items I did not order and when I asked for a refund they refused. I had tried to cancel the automated ordering but without success. When I did manage to cancel they claim it was too late. I am now raising a complaint and also a claim with my bank.
A nightmare for something that they could have addressed with good customer service. They lost a customer.
