Unsolicited order No 46086402 i.e. website placed order without my knowledge, approval, submission or payment clearance. I have submitted full 2details through "help" facility to no effect. I had 2 items in my basket (still shown) that were NEVER checked out. I was waiting a few days to see if Melatonin 1mg time release would come into stock. It is very frightening that your computer can take payment from my credit card without my permission. Please investigate, remove my stored payment details and advise how Biovea will rectify. I have been a loyal customer since 2019 and am very distressed by Biovea's recent behaviour. Thanks
