Fraud. Theft. Scam. Do not use. Please report to your national consumer agency for fraud. They used to ship from Holland, but changed their shipping from the USA over the last few months. They still DEFRAUD customers by pretending to be an EU registered company. Since starting to ship from USA almost all of the products are getting stuck in customs indefinitely. Thus is a Europe wide problem. Lots of customers are having this problem but they are refusing to refund customers after months of delay. I lost €50, but the scale of consumer fraud here must run into thousands of euros. Biovea are well aware of the problem but they continue to take orders and money from EU customers even though they know the goods cannot be received. In a small number of cases the goods are received, but with a customs charge that the consumer was not expecting as they thought they were ordering from within the EU. You will NOT get your money back!
