Placed order with Biovea Portugal on 26 July.
WAS NOT INFORMED that this order be SHIPPED FROM USA! I would never have ordered something to be delivered from USA. This is always trouble.
Of course, ten weeks later, the order is still stuck in Portuguese customs which Biovea must have known would happen.
Biovea refused to refund me EUR 53.83 but gave credits, but every time I try to use the credits has failed!
CANNOT USE CREDITS
Now, 10 weeks later still waiting for Biovea.com to sort this out. In the meantime Biovea Portugal has stopped recognising my password and will not send email to reset though I have tried many times.
Is this deliberate?
