Bought my 17 year old sons first car from Bisley Motors.... It took two weeks from paying the deposit to being able to collect the car? We should have been worried then as our phone calls etc were not returned. The car developed a major problem the next day and it became near on impossible to speak to anyone to resolve the issue..... Eventually they sent their mechanic out who told us the engine needed to be replaced? We were sold a car with a three month engine and gearbox warranty so I thought we would be okay? How wrong could I have been!!! It has now taken in excess of two Months to reach the decision of beginning legal proceedings despite many contradicting emails and phone calls..... The last email blamed COVID for making business difficult and them refusing to honour their obligations..... Basically the warranty sold is not worth the paper it is written on......
