When I sought to request that the money be sent to the bank account, they would find any excuse not to do so. When they are supposed to return my money, there seems to be a difficulty, even though there was no problem when they took it from me. When you try to phone them back, they hide behind fictitious numbers that don't really exist, which is why I am unable to get in touch with them either.
